This server implements the Model Context Protocol to provide Claude with structured access to employee data and human resources operations.

The HR MCP server enables Claude to:

• View detailed information about specific employees.
• Search for employees by various criteria.
• Submit and manage global leave requests.
• Translate text with HR/HCM context awareness.

The server provides the following tools for Claude:

1. get_employee_info

Retrieve detailed information about a specific employee based on the employee ID, including personal information, employment information, skills, benefits, etc.

2. search_employees

Search for employees by various criteria with flexible matching options. Supports searching by name, department, skills, location, and many other fields.

📦 Installation

To install this server, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/your-username/hr-mcp-server.git
   cd hr-mcp-server
   

2. Install dependencies:

   npm install
   

3. Start the server:

   node index.js
