This server implements three tools:

extract-mcp-servers-from-url: Extract MCP servers from a given URL.
- Accepts "url" as a required string parameter.
extract-mcp-servers-from-content: Extract MCP servers from given content.
- Accepts "content" as a required string parameter.
submit-mcp-server: Submit an MCP server to the MCP server directory, such as mcp.so.
- Accepts "url" as a required string parameter and "avatar_url" as an optional string parameter.
