datos-abiertos	Query the (datos.gob.do) API. Parameters: `q` (string, optional), `organization` (string, optional), `tags` (string, optional), `groups` (string, optional), `skip` (string, optional).
parse-csv	Parse a CSV file from a specified URL. Parameters: `csvUrl` (string, required).
parse-xlsx	Parse an XLSX file from a specified URL. Parameters: `xlsxUrl` (string, required).
