📦 Installation and Configuration

Package Installation

pip install pymcp requests

Tmap API Key Configuration

On Windows systems, you can set the environment variable using the following command:

set TMAP_APP_KEY=your_tmap_api_key

To make it permanent, add it to the system environment variables.

💻 Usage Examples

1. Start the MCP Server

run_mcp_server.bat

If the Tmap API key is not set in the environment variables, you will be prompted to enter it when running.

2. Connect with the Cursor Editor (Optional)

To use the Tmap API functions of the MCP server in the Cursor editor, follow these steps:

Run the configuration script:

run_setup_cursor.bat

Restart the Cursor editor.
Select the 'tmap-api' server in the AI panel of the Cursor editor.
