❓ What is n8n?

Short Answer: It means "nodemation" and is pronounced n-eight-n.

Detailed Answer: When looking for a good project name with an available domain, I quickly realized that all the good names I could think of were already taken. So, I ended up with nodemation. The "node-" part refers to using Node-View and Node.js, and "-mation" stands for "automation," which is what the project aims to help achieve. However, I didn't like the length of the name and couldn't imagine typing it out in the command line every time. So, I finally settled on n8n.
