This is an MCP server dedicated to generating scenario files for the Exia novel game engine. It generates scenarios in the form of "Kotoba Sisters' Explanation" and displays them in Exia.

📦 Installation

Prerequisites

• Node.js version v20.x or higher.
• OpenAI API key.
• Git tool.

Steps

1. Clone or download the repository:

git clone https://github.com/kokushin/exia-mcp.git
cd exia-mcp

2. Install the required packages:

npm install

3. Compile TypeScript (run after making modifications):

npm run build

Basic Usage

Usage in Claude Desktop

1. Launch Claude Desktop.
2. Open the settings and add the MCP server:

⚠️ Important Note

• Replace YOUR_API_KEY with your actual OpenAI API key.
• If you can't use npx, specify the absolute path, e.g., /path/to/.volta/bin/npx.

3. In Claude Desktop, use it as follows:
   • Enter "Explain quantum computers with Exia".
   • Start the MCP server to generate the scenario and launch Exia.
   • The Exia application (based on Electron) will start in a new window, displaying the scenario content.

Available Tools

• generateScenario: Generate scenarios based on themes.
• setupExia: Download and install Exia.
• saveScenario: Save the generated scenarios.
• exiaVoiceroidExplain: One - click operation from scenario generation to Exia launch (recommended).

Notes

• The initial download and installation of Exia may take some time.
• You need to prepare the character images yourself and replace them manually.
  • For detailed documentation about Exia, refer to here.
• Using the OpenAI API may incur costs.
