Setup

API Endpoints

The MCP server provides the following endpoints:

1. Segmented Revenue

   • Endpoint: segmented-revenue
   • Parameter: ticker (string) - Stock ticker (e.g., AAPL)
   • Example: Use segmented-revenue and pass { "ticker": "AAPL" }

2. Find Congress Trades by Name

   • Endpoint: congress-trades-by-name
   • Parameter: name (string) - Name of the congressperson (e.g., nancy)
   • Example: Use congress-trades-by-name and pass { "name": "nancy" }

3. Find Congress Trades by Ticker

   • Endpoint: congress-trades-by-ticker
   • Parameter: ticker (string) - Stock ticker (e.g., AAPL)
   • Example: Use congress-trades-by-ticker and pass { "ticker": "AAPL" }

Testing

This project includes integrated tests and unit tests.

Run Tests

# Run all tests
npm test

# Run only client integrated tests
npm run test:client
