🔍 API Endpoints

FDA Drug Lookup

GET /fda/drugs?brand_name={drug_name}&search_type={search_type}

Parameters:

• drug_name: The name of the drug to search for.
• search_type: The type of information to retrieve.
  • general: Basic drug information (default).
  • label: Drug label information.
  • adverse_events: Adverse event reports.

PubMed Search

GET /pubmed/search?query={query}&max_results={max_results}&date_range={date_range}

Parameters:

• query: Keywords for literature query.
• max_results: The maximum number of results to return (default 5).
• date_range: Limit the publication time range of the returned articles (e.g., '5' means the past 5 years).

Health Topics

GET /health_topics/{topic}?language={language}

Parameters:

• topic: Keywords for health topics.
• language: Content language (en or es, default is en).

Clinical Trial Search

GET /clinical_trials/search?condition={condition}&status={status}&max_results={max_results}

Parameters:

• condition: The name of the medical condition or disease.
• status: Trial status (recruiting, completed, active, not_recruiting, all).
• max_results: The maximum number of results to return.

ICD - 10 Code Lookup

GET /icd10/codes?code={code}&description={description}&max_results={max_results}

Parameters:

• code: ICD - 10 code (optional if description is provided).
• description: Description of the medical condition (optional if code is provided).
• max_results: The maximum number of results to return (default 10).
