It enables AI to securely access and analyze your fitness history, training progress, and personal records through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard protocol. How to use Hevy MCP Server?
Simply configure your Hevy API key, and the AI assistant can query your fitness data through natural language. The server will automatically handle data requests and conversions, and you can obtain intelligent analysis without any technical operations.Use cases
When you want to get fitness advice through AI, analyze training progress, compare historical performance, or develop personalized training plans, this service can provide data support.Main features
Training history queryGet training records within a specified date range, including statistics such as duration and training volume. A maximum of 10 records will be returned each time.
Exercise progress trackingTrack the change trend of specific training exercises over time and view personal records in different repetition ranges.
Exercise data analysisGet information about the training exercises you use most often, including actual and estimated 1RM (one-rep maximum). You can filter by name and date.
Training routine managementView all the training routine templates you've saved, including detailed information about the exercise composition.
