What is tuyactl?
tuyactl is a command-line interface that allows you to directly control your Tuya smart devices (such as lights, plugs, etc.) from your computer without the need for the official Tuya app. It operates by communicating with your devices via local network connections. How does it work?
The tool connects to your Tuya devices using special access keys (referred to as 'local keys') that you obtain through a setup process. It then sends commands directly to the devices on your local network. When would I use this?
