process_queue

Process the hook queue updates that cannot be written directly. When hooks run in a sandbox environment, they may not be able to write to `~/.claude/session - context/`. Instead, they queue updates to `/tmp/claude/`. This tool processes the queue and applies the updates to the checkpoint. Automatically invoked by `update_checkpoint`, but can be manually invoked to process pending updates.

spawn_continuation_session

Create a handoff point and generate a new agent - deck session with inline context. The new session receives the complete inline context - ready to start working immediately. Use the claude - mem summary if available, otherwise fall back to checkpoint data. Return the session name for the user to attach in the agent - deck.
