Environment Requirements

Installation Steps

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/ossinsight/mcp-server.git
cd mcp-server

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

1. Code Dependency Graph Analysis

• Function Description: Build a code dependency network for open source projects based on the OSSInsight knowledge base, and display the dependency relationships and version update status between projects.
• Input Parameters:
  • project_id (string): The unique identifier of the target project.
  • dependency_level (optional integer): The depth of the dependency hierarchy, with a default value of 2 levels.
• Output Results:
  • A list of key dependencies.
  • Data for the dependency network graph.
  • A supply chain attack surface analysis report.

2. Developer Behavior Modeling

• Function Description: Model developers' programming habits and code styles through statistical learning methods, and identify abnormal or high-risk behavior patterns.
• Input Parameters:
  • developer_id (string): Information about the target developer's account.
  • time_window (optional time interval): The specified time window, with a default value of the last year.
• Output Results:
  • A feature vector of the developer's behavior.
  • A report on coding habits analysis.
  • A behavior risk score.

3. Organizational Structure Optimization Suggestions

• Function Description: Provide suggestions for improving the organizational structure based on the dependency relationships and code quality of open source projects within the organization.
• Input Parameters:
  • organization_name (string): The name of the target organization.
  • category (optional string): The analysis category (e.g., "dependency", "quality", "activity").
• Output Results:
  • An assessment report on the organizational structure.

Data Acquisition Mechanism
