📦 Installation

Install via pip

pip install crypto-mcp-server

🚀 Quick Start

1. Install Dependencies

   pip install ccxt python-dotenv
   

2. Configure Environment Variables Create a .env file and add the following content:

   CCXT_API_KEY=Your_API_Key
   CCXT_SECRET_KEY=Your_API_Secret_Key
   

3. Run the Server

   python -m crypto_mcp_server.main

Basic Usage

Get Current Price

Get Historical Data

📚 Documentation

Price Retrieval

• Supports multiple time ranges (1 hour, 1 day, 1 week, etc.)
• Returns the current price and the last update time

Historical Data

• Provides trading records for the past 24 hours
• Includes opening price, closing price, highest price, lowest price, and trading volume

Exchange Information

• Displays basic information about the specified exchange, such as establishment time and headquarters location

🔧 Technical Details

Implementation

• Uses the CCXT library to call exchange APIs

Error Handling

• Automatically retries on network connection errors (up to 3 times)
• Sets the request timeout to 10 seconds
• Keeps detailed logs for easy debugging
