🚀 Quick Start

In fact, all you need to do is add it to your MCP JSON configuration file.

If you're not sure what that is, a quick search on this link will help you out.

1. Copy the following configuration into your AI encoder's JSON file.

2. Replace your-api-key with your actual API key.
3. Set PROVIDER to openai (default) or openrouter (for OpenRouter.ai).
4. Add it to your configuration file.
5. Restart your MCP client (Claude App, Cursor AI, Windsurf, etc.).

💡 Use Your New Search Function

Once you've completed the setup, simply ask your AI to perform a search.

"search mcp for latest 3.7 model and how to use it with node sdk"

"search mcp for how nextjs app router works exactly and how to use it"

"search mcp for for the latest sveltekit templates"

Then, it will use OpenAI's 4o-mini-search and directly provide the latest information to your AI!

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Problem: The server fails to connect in Cursor AI (wrong API key, etc.).

Solution: There's a strange bug in Cursor related to the MCP file. Simply restart the editor completely and try again.
