The MCP - VCD server simplifies the process of integrating VCD data into model contexts. It offers a set of tools to efficiently manage and analyze VCD waveforms, enhancing the model's ability to process and understand complex data.

• get - signal: This tool provides all changes of a specified signal name to the model's context. It is extremely useful for handling large waveform files containing numerous signals, as these files may not fit entirely into the model's context window.
  • Optionally, you can specify a start and end timestamp range for the model to analyze.

📦 Installation

To install the MCP - VCD server, run the following command:

uv pip install --system mcp-vcd

Then, add the following content to your claude_desktop_config.json file:
