🚀 MCP-Baike-Render

MCP-Baike-Render is an MCP server-side tool designed for accessing and rendering Baidu Baike content. It primarily offers the following two functions:

1. Retrieve data from the Baidu Baike discussion section using the request_baike tool.
2. Transform structured data into easily readable analysis content using the render_baike template.

📦 Installation

# Install the required dependencies
npm install

🔧 Environment Variable Configuration

Please copy the .env.example file and rename it to .env, then modify the configuration according to your actual needs.

💡 Cookie Configuration Instructions

The BAIKE_COOKIE environment variable is used to store the Baidu Baike Cookie information, which is crucial for accessing restricted content or bypassing request limits. Here's how to obtain the Cookie:

1. Log in to your Baidu Baike account using a browser.
2. Open the browser's developer tools (press F12).
3. Check the Cookie header information in any Baidu Baike API request.
4. Copy the complete Cookie value and paste it into the BAIKE_COOKIE field in the .env file.

⚠️ Important Note

The Cookie contains sensitive information. Do not commit it to the version control system or share it with others.

Start the Server

npm start

request_baike Tool

This tool is used to retrieve discussion data for a specific Baidu Baike entry.

Parameters:

• url: The Baidu Baike URL address or lemma ID, e.g., "https://baike.baidu.com/item/DeepSeek" or "65258669"

render_baike Prompt Template

This template generates a comprehensive analysis report based on the retrieved Baidu Baike discussion data, including the following content:

1. The main topics of the discussion
2. Analysis of various main viewpoints and their tendencies
3. Popular discussion topics
4. Reflected social hotspots or technological development trends
5. Evaluation of the importance and influence of the entry topic
