MCP For VuFind

🚀 MCP Server for VuFind Integration

This is a simple MCP server based on fastmcp, aiming to integrate VuFind's Swagger API with large language models (e.g., Sonet). It enables LLMs to perform literature searches using VuFind.

📦 Installation

Just run the following command:

pip install -r requierments.txt

🔧 Configuration

Configure Your API

Claude executes the MCP server on your local machine, and each API call originates from your system. This means the API must be accessible from your local machine. Define your API endpoints in config.ini.

Configure Claude

To set up Claude Desktop as a Ghidra MCP client, go to Claude -> Settings -> Developer -> Edit Config -> claude_desktop_config.json, and add the following content:

Adjust the paths of server.py and config.ini according to your actual situation.

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage

When Claude starts, a small hammer icon will be displayed, indicating that Claude is using an MCP server. Click the small hammer icon to view the exported MCP functions.
