This package provides a Model Context Protocol server for integrating Linkup's web search capabilities with AI models that support function calls via MCP.

🚀 Quick Start

📦 Installation

You can run the Linkup MCP server directly using npx:

npx -y linkup-mcp-server --api-key=YOUR_LINKUP_API_KEY

Alternatively, you can set the API key as an environment variable:

export LINKUP_API_KEY=YOUR_LINKUP_API_KEY
npx -y linkup-mcp-server

Integration with Claude

Add the following content to your claude_desktop_config.json. For more detailed information, refer to the MCP documentation. To ensure compatibility with Claude, we recommend that /usr/local/bin/node (a common location on macOS) has access to the npx command environment variables.
