Galachain MCP

🚀 GalaConnect MCP Server

This is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides access to the Galascan API. Currently, it supports the following tools:

• galaconnect_chain_coin_info_all: Retrieve comprehensive data for all tokens in the Gala ecosystem.
• galaconnect_burned_today: Retrieve data on tokens burned in the Gala ecosystem today.
• galaconnect_all_transactions: Retrieve the latest transactions in the Gala blockchain.
• galaconnect_coin_info: Retrieve detailed information about various cryptocurrencies, including tokens in the Gala ecosystem.
• galaconnect_circulating_supply_metrics: Retrieve metrics related to the circulating supply in the Gala ecosystem.

Basic Usage

To use this server with Claude:

When calling the galaconnect_all_transactions tool, you can specify a limit parameter to control the number of transactions returned:

You can limit the `galaconnect_all_transactions` tool to return 5 transactions by setting `limit` to 5.

Tools

galaconnect_chain_coin_info_all

Retrieve comprehensive data for all tokens in the Gala ecosystem.

Input: No parameters required.

Output: A JSON object containing detailed information, with the following metrics for each token:

• Symbol and supply information
• Trading volume and number of holders
• Minting and burning metrics (all time and past 24 hours)
• Current price and percentage price change (24 hours)
• Circulating supply and market capitalization
• Timestamp of the last update

galaconnect_burned_today

Retrieve data on tokens burned in the Gala ecosystem today.

Input: No parameters required.

Output: A JSON array containing information about tokens burned today, including the following:

• burned: The number of tokens burned today
• token: The symbol of the burned token

galaconnect_all_transactions

Retrieve the latest transactions in the Gala blockchain.

Input: No parameters required.

Output: A JSON array containing information about the latest transactions, including the following:

• hash: Transaction hash
• blockNumber: Block number
• from: Transaction source address
• to: Transaction target address
• value: Transaction value
• gas: Gas fee
• timestamp: Transaction timestamp

galaconnect_coin_info

Retrieve detailed information about various cryptocurrencies, including tokens in the Gala ecosystem.

Input: No parameters required.

Output: A JSON object containing detailed information about cryptocurrencies, including the following:

• symbol: Token symbol
• name: Token name
• price: Current price
• marketCap: Market capitalization
• volume24h: Trading volume in the past 24 hours

galaconnect_circulating_supply_metrics

Retrieve metrics related to the circulating supply in the Gala ecosystem.

Input: No parameters required.

Output: A JSON array containing information about the circulating supply, including the following:

• gc_mint_allowance: The current minting allowance on the Gala Chain
• gc_balance: The current balance on the Gala Chain
• eth_circulating_supply: The current circulating supply on Ethereum

🔧 Technical Details

This server connects to the Galascan API (http://galascan.gala.com/api/chain-coin-info-all) to retrieve comprehensive token information.

To run the server in development mode:

npm run watch

Configuration

Configure this MCP server in Cursor or a similar environment:

You can build the Docker image using the following command:

docker build -t galaconnect-mcp -f Dockerfile .

This MCP server runs via stdio (standard input/output) rather than a network port, making it suitable for direct integration with LLM platforms that support the Model Context Protocol.
