This server implements the Model Context Protocol, offering tools to calculate the number of text characters and words. These tools assist AI models in accurately counting text elements without relying on their own counting capabilities.

• count_words: Calculate the number of words in a string (currently supports English and other space-separated languages).

Basic Usage

Run as a Standalone Server

node build/index.js

count_characters

Calculate the number of characters in the provided text.

Limitations

⚠️ Important Note

• Currently, word counting for Japanese is not supported.
• Other languages use a space-based word segmentation method, which may not be accurate for all languages.
