🛠️ Tools

The following tools can be used via this MCP server:

get - invoices

• Retrieve a list of invoices in Lexware Office.
• Input Parameters:
  • status (array of strings, optional): Filter by status ("open", "draft", "paid", "paidoff", "voided"). Default: All statuses.
  • page (number, optional): The page number to retrieve (starting from 0). Default: 0.
  • size (number, optional): The number of invoices to display per page (1 - 250). Default: 250.

get - invoice - details

• Retrieve detailed information about a specific invoice in Lexware Office.
• Input Parameters:
  • id (string): The UUID of the invoice.

get - contacts

• Retrieve contacts in Lexware Office based on conditions, supporting multiple logical AND filters.
• Input Parameters:
  • email (string, optional): Filter by email address (supports wildcards).
  • name (string, optional): Filter by name (supports wildcards).
  • number (number, optional): Filter by contact number.
  • customer (boolean, optional): Filter by customer role.
  • vendor (boolean, optional): Filter by vendor role.
  • page (number, optional): The page number to retrieve (starting from 0). Default: 0.
  • size (number, optional): The number of contacts to display per page (1 - 250). Default: 250.

list - posting - categories

• Retrieve a list of posting categories used for accounting vouchers.
• Input Parameters:
  • type (string, optional): Filter by category type ("income" or "outgo").

list - countries

• Retrieve a list of known countries in Lexware Office and their tax classification information.
• Input Parameters:
  • taxClassification (string, optional): Filter by tax classification ("de" for Germany, "intraCommunity" for EU countries, or "thirdPartyCountry" for non - EU countries).

Obtain the Lexware Office API Key

Visit https://app.lexoffice.de/addons/public-api to obtain your API key.

Prerequisites

• Node.js 22 or higher.
