📦 Installation

Prerequisites

• Node.js v16+
• Claude for Desktop
• A free RapidAPI key with access to the "Twitter154 API"

Setup Steps

1. Edit the mcp.json file:

2. Install dependencies:

   npm install axios zod
   

3. Restart Claude Desktop to complete the setup.

Formatting Results

Adjust the output format in the formatTwitterResults() function as required. For example:

📚 Documentation

Search Syntax

The following advanced filtering conditions are supported:

• Usernames:

  • from:username — Tweets from a specific user.
  • to:username — Tweets sent to a specific user.

• Media Types:

  • filter:links — Tweets containing links.
  • filter:images — Tweets containing images.

• Date Ranges:

  • since:YYYY-MM-DD — Tweets published before this date.
  • until:YYYY-MM-DD — Tweets published after this date.

Troubleshooting

1. API Key Error: Ensure the key in mcp.json is correctly configured.
2. Path Issues: Use the correct absolute path and backslashes on Windows (e.g., C:\\path).
3. No Search Results: Check if the query conditions are valid and not overly strict.

Development Guide

1. Modify the code in the tool folder.
2. Update the output format of the formatTwitterResults() function.
3. Restart Claude Desktop to apply the changes.
