📦 Installation

💻 Usage Examples

Start the MCP Server

npm start

node iog_mcp_server.js

By default, the server will run at http://localhost:3001.

Available Endpoints

• GET /mcp/tools: Returns a list of available tools and their definitions.
• POST /mcp/execute: Executes a tool and provides parameters.

Integration with Windsurf

The file windsurf_integration.js provides a complete example of connection:

Data Sources

To use the data retrieval tools, provide the following data files:

• personas.json: Contains IOG persona information.
• products.json: Contains basic information about IOG products.
• IOG Products/: A directory of Markdown files containing detailed product information.

Customization

You can add new tools to the tools object in iog_mcp_server.js to extend functionality.
