This Cortellis MCP Server provides access to Cortellis drug development data. It allows users to integrate Cortellis data into their workflows, especially within the Claude Desktop environment.

📦 Installation

Environment Variables

The server requires Cortellis API credentials:

CORTELLIS_USERNAME=your_username
CORTELLIS_PASSWORD=your_password

Installation on Claude Desktop

Ensure Node.js is installed on your desktop to use npx.

1. Open Settings > Developer > Edit Configuration.
2. Add the following to your claude_desktop_config.json file:

🔧 Technical Details

Building (For Developers)

git clone https://github.com/uh-joan/cortellis-mcp-server.git
cd cortellis-mcp-server
npm install
npm run build

For local development:

# Copy the example environment file
cp .env.example .env

# Edit the .env file with your preferred editor
vim .env  # or use another editor

# Start the server
npm run start

Docker

docker build -t cortellis-mcp-server .
docker run -i --env-file .env cortellis-mcp-server
