📦 Installation

Local Installation with Virtual Environment

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/andrefigueira93/bybit-mcp-server.git
cd bybit-mcp-server

2. Create and activate a virtual environment:

uv venv
source .venv/bin/activate

3. Install dependencies:

uv pip install -e .

4. Create a .env file with your API credentials:

BYBIT_API_KEY=your_api_key
BYBIT_API_SECRET=your_api_secret
BYBIT_TESTNET=True  # Set to False to use the production environment

Using Docker

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/andrefigueira93/bybit-mcp-server.git
cd bybit-mcp-server

2. Create a .env file containing your API credentials (as shown above).
3. Build and run using Docker Compose:

docker-compose up --build
