🚀 MCP Server Receipt Tool

A server for automatically organizing receipt files using large language models (LLMs) supported by the MCP protocol. This tool provides context to the LLM so that it can process and store receipt files according to specified rules.

This tool instructs the LLM to classify receipt PDFs according to specific naming rules and storage locations. The LLM extracts the date, amount, and company name from the receipt PDF, renames the file in a standard format (YYYYMMDD_Amount_CompanyName.pdf), and saves it.

📦 Installation

Clone the repository and then build and use it:

# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/soshi-morita/mcp-server-receipt.git

# Navigate to the directory
cd mcp-server-receipt

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Build
npm run build

🔧 Technical Details

1. After starting the server, provide instructions for the LLM to process receipts.
2. The LLM extracts information from the receipts and generates file names.
3. The LLM copies the files to the specified target location.
