🚀 DevRecord MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server dedicated to recording and organizing conversation content, offering templated recording capabilities.

🚀 Quick Start

1. Clone the Project

git clone https://github.com/seenbefore/DevRecord.git
cd DevRecord

2. Install Dependencies

Node version 16 or higher is required, with version 18 recommended.

npm install

3. Build the Project

npm run build

4. Use in mcp_client

When you say to the large model: "Use devrecord to help me record", the large model will:

1. Call get_template_list to get the list of available templates
2. Select an appropriate template based on the conversation content
3. Call get_template_detail to get the template details
4. Summarize the conversation content according to the template specifications
5. Generate a Markdown document and save it to the src/record/ directory

get_template_list

• Description: Retrieve all available recording templates.
• Parameters: None
• Return: A list of templates, including template names, file names, and descriptions.

get_template_detail

• Description: Fetch the complete content of a specified template.
• Parameters:
  • templateName (string): The template name (without the file extension).
• Return: The complete Markdown content of the template.

Adding Custom Templates

1. Create a new .md file in the src/template/ directory.
2. Add a description in the getTemplateDescription function of src/index.ts.
3. Rebuild the project.
