What is xcstrings-mcp?
xcstrings-mcp is an intelligent localization string management tool developed based on Rust, specifically designed to handle multilingual translation files (.xcstrings format) in Xcode projects. It provides a powerful API interface through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and comes with an intuitive web editing interface, allowing non-technical users to easily manage the internationalization content of applications. How to use xcstrings-mcp?
After installing the Rust environment, you can start the service via simple command-line operations. You can choose to specify the path of a specific string file or let the tool automatically scan the localization files in the project. After starting, you can perform visual editing through the web interface or conduct batch operations through AI tool integration.Use cases
Suitable for iOS/macOS application development teams, multilingual project management, scenarios that require collaboration with AI for translation work, and development teams that wish to centrally manage localization content.Main features
