What is Templonix Lite?

Templonix Lite is a customized MCP server that extends the capabilities of Claude Desktop, allowing it to access various local and cloud - based tools. It's like a 'toolbox' for Claude, enabling the AI assistant not only to chat but also to actually operate your files, calendars, emails, and even help you remember important information.

How to use Templonix Lite?

After installing Templonix Lite, it will run in the background and seamlessly integrate with Claude Desktop. You just need to talk to Claude as usual. When a specific function is needed, Claude will automatically call the corresponding tool. For example, you can say 'Remember that I have a meeting next week', and Claude will use Templonix's memory function to save this information.

Applicable scenarios

Templonix Lite is particularly suitable for scenarios where an AI assistant is needed to handle real - world tasks: personal knowledge management, schedule arrangement, email processing, document analysis, web information collection, etc. Whether it's students organizing study materials, professionals managing schedules, or researchers collecting information, they can all benefit from it.

Main features

Local vector memory system
Use FAISS technology to store and retrieve conversation memories. You can let Claude remember important information and call it up in subsequent conversations. For example, remember your preferences, important dates, or project details.
Intelligent knowledge base
Just put documents (PDF, TXT, DOCX, etc.) into the specified folder, and Templonix will automatically index and establish semantic search. Claude can search your documents just like searching its own memory.
Dynamic expert workflows
Preset multiple expert 'roles', such as sales negotiation experts, marketing experts, etc. After loading the workflow, Claude will use the corresponding professional knowledge and thinking mode to talk to you.
Google service integration
Deeply integrate with Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, etc. You can read calendar events, emails, and even create new events and send emails (advanced configuration is required).
Web scraping ability
Reliably scrape web content through the Jina AI service, bypassing common robot detections. You need to purchase a Jina API token (advanced feature).
Diagram generation
Use the Eraser.io API to generate flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and architecture diagrams from text descriptions. You need an Eraser.io account and API token (advanced feature).
Advantages
Locally - prioritized design: Your data is mainly stored locally, providing better privacy protection.
Modular architecture: You can enable functions as needed, and unused functions won't occupy resources.
Seamless integration with Claude: After installation, it can be used like a native function of Claude.
Open - source and transparent: You can view all the code and know how the data is processed.
Cross - platform support: There are complete installation guides for both Windows and macOS.
Limitations
Requires technical foundation: Although detailed guides are provided, the installation process still requires some technical operations.
Advanced features require additional configuration: For example, email sending and calendar writing require Google API configuration.
Some services require payment: Jina web scraping and Eraser diagram generation require purchasing the corresponding API services.
Only supports Claude Desktop: Currently, it only integrates with Claude Desktop and does not support other AI assistants.

How to use

Download and install
According to your operating system (Windows or macOS), download the code and run the installation script according to the guide. The whole process takes about 15 - 30 minutes.
Build the extension package
Run the packaging command in the templonix_mcp folder to create an extension file that can be installed in Claude Desktop.
Install to Claude Desktop
In the settings of Claude Desktop, select 'Install extension', and then select the .mcpb file you just created. Restart Claude Desktop after installation.
Start using
Open Claude Desktop, and Templonix Lite will automatically run in the background. You can start using various tools, such as the memory function and knowledge base search.

Usage examples

Personal knowledge management
Put your study materials and work documents into the knowledge base folder, and Claude can help you quickly find relevant information.
Schedule management assistant
Let Claude help you view your calendar, create new events, and even suggest meeting times based on your schedule.
Research assistant
Collect web information, organize it into local memory, and conduct analysis and summaries based on the collected information.
Professional consultation
Load a specific expert workflow to get advice and guidance in a professional field.
