🔧 Technical Details

Data Model

• Task: The core task entity with the following attributes:
  • Title and description
  • Urgency level (graded from 1 - 5, with 5 being the highest)
  • Workload (graded from 1 - 21, following the Fibonacci sequence)
  • Completion status
  • Parent - child relationship for subtasks
  • Tag categorization

Database Schema

The application uses an SQLite database with the following tables:

• todos: Stores all tasks and their attributes.
• tags: Stores unique tag names.
• todo_tags: A junction table for the many - to - many relationship between tasks and tags.

Obsidian Integration

DeltaTask creates and maintains a structured Obsidian vault:

• Item files with metadata
• Tag - based views for filtering tasks
• Statistics dashboard
• Two - way synchronization between the SQLite database and Obsidian Markdown files
