What is the Starknet-MCP Server?
The Starknet-MCP server is a tool that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). By providing various RPC interfaces for the Starknet blockchain, it helps users easily obtain on-chain state information and transaction data. How to Use the Starknet-MCP Server?
Users only need to install and configure the server according to the instructions, and then integrate it into relevant applications through the Model Context Protocol to start using it. It can quickly respond to questions about the Starknet chain state.Applicable Scenarios
Suitable for developers, researchers, and users who want to monitor or analyze on-chain activities on Starknet, such as querying block information, transaction status, or smart contract status.Main Features
Get Block with Transaction Hashes
Return the hashes of all transactions within the specified block.
Get Transaction Receipt
Return the detailed receipt of a specific transaction.
Get Smart Contract Class
Query the code of the specified smart contract.
Get Event Logs
Retrieve records of specific events that occurred on the chain.
Estimate Transaction Fee
Calculate the Gas fee required to execute a transaction (currently not supported).
Advantages
Supports various Starknet RPC interfaces, covering most chain state query requirements.
Seamlessly integrates with the Model Context Protocol for easy invocation.
Simple to operate, suitable for developers and technology enthusiasts.
Limitations
Currently only supports read operations, no write functionality available.
Some advanced features such as fee estimation have not been implemented yet.
Relies on external node services and may be affected by network latency.
