MCP Agile Process is a modern resource library based on FastMCP for managing AI-assisted agile development workflows. The system focuses on the following three aspects:

1. RESTful API Design: Provide standardized RESTful interfaces.
2. Resource-First Architecture: Design with resources at the core.
3. Operation Tools: Provide specialized operation tools.

MCP Client Configuration

The project's configuration file needs to be updated to the latest version. An example of the old configuration is as follows:

Command-Line Usage

Development Guide

Environment Setup

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/yourusername/mcp-agile-flow.git
   cd mcp-agile-flow
   

2. Create and activate a virtual environment:

   python -m venv .venv
   source .venv/bin/activate  # For Windows users: .venv\Scripts\activate
   

3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -e ".[dev]"
   

4. Run tests:

   pytest
