📦 Installation

1. Clone this repository:

git clone https://github.com/yourusername/homeassistant-server-mcp.git
cd homeassistant-server-mcp

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Build the project:

npm run build

4. Configure the server by adding the following to the MCP settings file (usually located at ~/Library/Application Support/Code/User/globalStorage/saoudrizwan.claude-dev/settings/cline_mcp_settings.json for VSCode):

Replace your-homeassistant-url and your-long-lived-access-token with your Home Assistant instance URL and access token.
