🚀 MCP PDF Tools Server (Under Development, Use with Caution) - Windows

A server based on MCP (Model Context Protocol) that provides PDF operation tools. This server allows large language models (LLMs) to perform operations such as merging PDFs and extracting pages via the model context protocol.

✨ Features

• Merge multiple PDF files into a single PDF.
• Merge multiple PDF files into a PDF in a user-specified order.
• Extract specific pages from a PDF file.
• Search for PDFs (file system search or Everything search works better).
• Find and merge relevant PDFs based on text extraction and regular expression matching in the target input PDF.

📦 Installation

1. Clone this repository.

cd mcp-pdf-tools

# Create and activate a virtual environment
uv venv
.venv\Scripts\activate

# Install packages
uv pip install -e .

Using Claude Desktop

Add the following content to your Claude Desktop configuration file (claude_desktop_config.json):

⚠️ Important Note

Replace PATH_TO with the actual path to mcp-pdf-tools.
