📦 Installation

🏁 Quick Start (macOS/Linux)

Prerequisites: Install brew: /bin/bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/HEAD/install.sh)", npm: (brew install npm), and jq: brew install jq.
After getting your free API key here, run the installer:

# Feel free to review the installation script content:
# curl -LSf https:// operative .sh/install.sh | less -N
# Download, install, and remove the installation script
curl -LSf https://operative.sh/install.sh -o install.sh && bash install.sh && rm install.sh

Enable Cursor agent mode with web_eval_agent (make sure to refresh or restart Cursor).
If you encounter any issues, refer to the troubleshooting section below.

🛠️ Manual Windows Installation (Cline)

# 1. Get your API key at operative.sh.
# 2. Install uv (curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh).
# 3. uvx --from git+https://github.com/Operative-Sh/web-eval-agent.git playwright install.
# 4. Enable the Cline agent with web_eval_agent (you may need to restart Cline).

⚠️ Important Note

There were initial issues with the tool calling Playwright, which have been fixed. Please update to the latest version (released on 4/14). It is recommended to run npm install -g playwright to resolve the issue.
