🚀 GraphQL Policy API's Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server

This repository contains an implementation of a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which provides access policy functionality for GraphQL APIs.

The server is built using the python SDK for MCP and interacts with GraphQL APIs using the GQL library.

🚀 Quick Start

Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/Ad-Veritas/mcp-server-trueRAG.git
cd mcp-server-trueRAG

Ensure uv is Installed

uv --version

If uv is not installed, you can download it from the following links:

# For macOS and Linux.
curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh

# For Windows.
powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"

Define Environment Variables

The server is configured to work with the GraphQL API of a TrueRag system. After creating the TrueRag environment, please copy the API key and endpoint from the environment variables.

Create a file named .env in the root directory of the repository and add the following content:

GRAPHQL_API_KEY = "{your_api_key}"
GRAPHQL_ENDPOINT = "{your_graphql_endpoint}"

Add to the MCP Client, e.g., Claude Desktop

Add the following content to the Claude configuration file (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json):
