Installation

You can install the MCP Toolbox using pip:

pip install mcp-toolbox

Configuration

To configure the communication between the MCP server and Claude Desktop, add the following settings to the config.py file:

💻 Usage Examples

Start the MCP Server

# Use standard transport (default)
mcp-toolbox stdio

# Use SSE transport
mcp-toolbox sse --host localhost --port 9871

Use with Claude Desktop

1. Set up Claude Desktop according to the configuration guide.
2. Start Claude Desktop.
3. Request Figma file information:
   • "Can you provide information about this Figma file: 12345abcde?"
