📦 Installation

1. Clone this repository to your local machine:

git clone https://github.com/artillect/mtg-deck-mcp-server.git
cd mtg-deck-mcp-server

2. Configure a Python virtual environment:

# Create and activate the virtual environment
python -m venv .venv
.venv\Scripts\activate

# Install dependencies
pip install fastmcp httpx

Claude Desktop Client Configuration

Add the following to your Claude configuration:

Please adjust the paths according to your actual installation.

Usage Instructions

After running the servers in the Claude client, you can have Claude perform the following actions:

• Upload an MTG deck list.
• Draw cards from the deck.
• View your hand.
• Search for card information (via Scryfall).
• Get a random card or search for a card by name.

Important Notes

⚠️ Important Note

The Scryfall server may occasionally crash due to ongoing development.

Ensure both servers are running to use their respective features.
