📦 Installation

Clone the Repository

Clone the project using Git:

git clone git@github.com:blankcut/kubernetes-claude-mcp.git

Install Dependencies

Navigate to the project directory and install Go dependencies:

cd kubernetes-claude-mcp
go mod tidy

Configuration File Setup

The configuration file is located at kubernetes-claude-mcp/config.yaml. Please modify the following content according to your actual situation:

Kubernetes Configuration

• kubeconfig: Specify the path to the Kubernetes configuration file.
• inCluster: Set whether to run inside the cluster.

Argo CD Configuration

• url: The URL address of the Argo CD service.
• authToken: The authentication token for Argo CD.

GitLab Configuration

• url: The URL address of the GitLab service.
• apiVersion: The version of the GitLab API to use.
• projectPath: The path or ID of the project.

Claude Model Configuration

• apiKey: The API key provided by Anthropic.
• baseURL: The service address of the Claude model.
• modelID: Specify the model version to use.

Local Run

cd kubernetes-claude-mcp
go run ./cmd/server/main.go

Debug with Logs

LOG_LEVEL=debug go run ./cmd/server/main.go --config config.yaml

Docker Deployment

Build the Image

cd kubernetes-claude-mcp
docker build -t claude-mcp-server -f Dockerfile .

Start the Container

cd kubernetes-claude-mcp
docker-compose build
docker-compose up -d

Production Environment Deployment

The project provides a Helm chart for Kubernetes deployment:

Enter the Helm Directory

cd kubernetes-claude-mcp/deployments/helm

Install with Helm

After modifying the parameters in values.yaml, run:

helm install claude-mcp .
