⚙️ Running the MCP Server

The MCP server can be started with the following command:

➕ Creating a New MCP Server

To add a new MCP server, follow these steps:

1. Create a new directory under the src/servers/ directory:

2. Create your server implementation code:

🧪 Testing Your MCP Server

Before connecting to the Cursor IDE, you can test the functionality of the MCP server:

1. Build the TypeScript project:

npm run build

2. Start the server:

npm run start:addition

3. In another terminal, you can test the server by manually sending MCP protocol messages:

• MCP Protocol: All MCP servers must implement the message format of the MCP protocol.
• Parameter Validation: Tool parameters must be strictly validated using Zod.
• Error Handling: Ensure that the server can handle errors correctly and return appropriate error messages.
• Performance Optimization: For high-load scenarios, performance tuning is recommended.
