🚀 ClickSend MCP Server

A Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that provides SMS sending and Text-to-Speech (TTS) call functions through the ClickSend API. This server enables AI models to programmatically send SMS messages and initiate voice calls.

📦 Installation

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v16 or higher)
• A ClickSend account with API credentials
• An MCP-compatible client

Setup

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/J-Gal02/clicksend-mcp.git
cd clicksend-mcp

2. Install dependencies:

npm install

3. Build the project:

npm run build

Configure the MCP Client

Add the following content to your cline_mcp_settings.json file or claude_desktop_config.json file.

Make sure to replace the directory of the build folder with the correct path, as shown in the example below, and replace it with your own username and API key.

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage

1. send_sms

Send an SMS message to the specified phone number.

Parameters:

• to: Phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +61423456789)
• message: The content of the message to be sent

2. make_tts_call

Initiate a text-to-speech call.

Parameters:

• to: Phone number in E.164 format
• message: The text content to be converted to voice
• voice: Voice type ('female' or 'male', default is 'female')
