🚀 How to Configure MCP Server Settings

This guide provides a step-by-step process to configure MCP server settings, enabling seamless interaction with the Claude desktop client.

🚀 Quick Start

Step 1: Download the Claude Desktop Client

First, download the Claude desktop client from here.

Step 2: Install the uv Tool

Install the uv tool using the following command:

brew install uv

Step 3: Install the MCP Server

Edit the claude_desktop_config.json file (located at ~/Library/Application\ 支持/Claude), and add the following content to the mcpServers section:

⚠️ Important Note

The dbt manifest file path is optional.

Step 4: Log in to Google Cloud and Update Application Default Credentials (ADC)

Run the following command to log in to Google Cloud and update the ADC:

gcloud auth login --update-adc

Step 5: Start Using Claude

Open the Claude desktop client and start asking questions!

For Windows users, you may need to add the APPDATA environment variable to the Claude Desktop configuration file:
