🚀 MCP Time Server: The Time Management Expert for AI Assistants

MCP Time Server is an open - source tool implemented in Swift. It aims to provide time information and time - zone conversion functions for AI assistants. Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), this project allows AI assistants to obtain the current time, perform time - zone conversions, and assist users in coordinating meeting arrangements across different regions.

Standard Input - Output Mode (Default)

Web Interface Mode

Start the Web interface by specifying a port:

time-mcp-server --port 8080

Get the Current Time

Provide information about the current time in the target time zone, including the date, time, and daylight saving time status.

📦 Installation

Compatibility Requirements

• Operating System: macOS 14.0 or later
• Swift Version: 6.0 or later
• MCP SDK: 0.2.0 or later

Installation Steps

1. Clone the Repository

   git clone https://github.com/okooo5km/time-mcp-server.git
   cd time-mcp-server
   

2. Build the Project Open time-mcp-server.xcworkspace using Xcode, select the target device, and click "Build".
3. Run the Server After a successful build, run the following in the terminal:

   ./time-mcp-server
