📦 Installation

1. Clone the repository.
2. Install the dependencies:

npm install

3. Build the server:

npm run build

Configuration

The server requires a GitHub personal access token with repository creation permissions. Add the following to your MCP settings file:

Available Tools

create_repo

Create or update a GitHub repository using natural language commands.

Command Format

This tool accepts natural language commands for different operations:

Create a repository:

Create a repository for [description] with tags [tag1 tag2 tag3] website [url]

Or

Create a new repository named [description] and add tags [tag1, tag2, tag3]

Update the repository description:

Update the description of [owner/repo] to [new description]

Or

Set the description of [repo-name] to [new description]

Update the repository tags:

Update the tags of [owner/repo] to [tag1 tag2 tag3]

Or

Set the topics of [repo-name] to [tag1, tag2, tag3]

Update the repository website:

Update the website of [owner/repo] to [url]

Or

Set the homepage of [repo-name] to [url]

Example Usage

Create a new repository:

This will:

Development

To modify or extend the server code, follow these steps:

1. Modify the files in the src folder.
2. Run the following in the terminal:
