🚀 Quick Start

This MCP server offers the functionality to search for YouTube videos and automatically save the results to Google Sheets. It is intended to be used in conjunction with Claude and other AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol.

• Search for YouTube videos using the YouTube Data API v3.
• Automatically save search results to Google Sheets.
• Configurable search parameters (query, maximum number of results).
• Results include video titles, URLs, channel names, and publication dates.

📦 Installation

npm install @rikukawa/youtube-sheets-server

Prerequisites

1. YouTube Data API v3 Setup:

   • Visit the Google Cloud Console.
   • Create a new project.
   • Enable the YouTube Data API v3.
   • Create an API key.

2. Google Sheets API Setup:

   • In the same project, enable the Google Sheets API.
   • Create a service account.
   • Download the service account key (in JSON format).
   • Share the target Google Sheet with the service account email.

Basic Usage
