Take control of your programming agent colleagues and prevent them from going off track.

If sequentialthinking is an externalization and expression of a dynamic thinking process, then this tool is used for the dynamic planning and monitoring of the development task process.

🚀 Quick Start

Headless Mode (Using only the mcp tool)

1. Add the following content to your mcp json file:

1. Clone this repository.

Challenges Faced by Programming Agents

• Programming agents often make modifications beyond the scope of the task without permission (taking cursor + claude as an example).
• They have difficulty requesting user feedback at critical decision - making points during implementation.
• Visualization and monitoring of work plans and progress tracking can be difficult.

Solutions

• Work Plan Based on Commits and Pull Requests: Force the implementation plan to be decomposed into PRs (Pull Requests) and commits as the smallest units of work.
• Forced Frequent Feedback: Enforce user reviews at the commit level, naturally creating feedback opportunities at key points.
• Visualization: Keep track of the current work plan and implementation status in real - time through a local React application.

1. Plan: Define your implementation plan, breaking down tasks using PRs and commits.
2. Track: Monitor the progress and current status of all work.
3. Update: Change the status according to the progress and enforce user reviews at each key point.

Visual Dashboard

The project includes a React - based visualization tool with the following features:

• Hierarchical view of PRs and commits.
• Real - time updates with automatic refresh.
• Status - based color coding.
• Zoom in/out and drag functions.
