📦 Installation

Using npm (Recommended)

npm install -g cursor-mcp-installer@latest

Cloning from GitHub

💻 Usage Examples

Basic Usage

After installation, you can use the following commands in Cursor to interact with the MCP Installer:

Install an npm Package as an MCP Server

Install the MCP server named mcp-server-fetch

Install with Parameters

Install the @modelcontextprotocol/server-filesystem package as an MCP server. Use ['/home/user/documents'] as parameters.

Install a Local MCP Server

Install the MCP server in the /home/user/projects/my-mcp-server directory.

Install with Environment Variables

Configure the MCP server with specific environment variables.
