📦 Installation

Option 1: Install via npm (Recommended)

The package is published on npm! You can install it globally:

npm install -g supabase-mcp

Or install it locally in your project:

npm install supabase-mcp

Option 2: Clone the Repository

cd SB-MCP
npm install
npm run build

Configuration

Create a file named mcp.json and add the following content to the root directory of your project:

Replace YOUR_SUPABASE_URL and YOUR_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY with the actual URL and anonymous key of your Supabase project.

Usage

As an Independent Server

Run the following command to start the MCP server:

node index.js

Integrate into Other Projects

Import and use it in your project:

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

• Issue: Unable to connect to Supabase
  • Ensure that you have correctly configured your project URL and key in mcp.json.
• Issue: Query returns empty results
  • Check if the filters are correct and ensure that the table name exists.
