🚀 Quick Start

The Airtable MCP Server is a specialized implementation that manages Airtable resources programmatically through Claude Desktop or other MCP clients. It uses a phased approach when building tables and leverages Claude's proxy capabilities to minimize the failure rate typically associated with building complex tables in other Airtable MCP servers. Additionally, it includes System Prompt and Project Knowledge to enhance its functionality.

📦 Installation

Requirements

• Node.js: Ensure you have the latest version of Node.js installed.
• Npm/yarn: Make sure npm or yarn is installed for dependency management.

Configuration Steps

1. Install using npx

Run the following command in your terminal:

npx mcp init

Fill in the relevant information as prompted and complete the configuration.

2. Use mcp-installer

Download and install mcp-installer to simplify the setup process.

3. Local Development Installation

Clone the repository and run the following commands in the project directory:

git clone https://github.com/felores/airtable-mcp.git
cd airtable-mcp
npm install
