🚀 cutterMCP

cutterMCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables large language models (LLMs) to decompile applications autonomously. It offers a variety of tools from core Cutter functions to MCP clients.

📦 Installation

Prerequisites

• Install Cutter.
• Python3.
• MCP SDK.

Cutter

1. Run Cutter.
2. Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Plugins.
3. Find the location of the plugin directory.
4. Copy and paste CutterMCPPlugin.py from the downloaded release into the python folder.
5. Restart Cutter.
6. If successful, you will see the plugin under Window -> Plugins, and a new widget will appear in the bottom panel.

MCP Client

In theory, any MCP client can work with cutterMCP. Here is an example:

Basic Usage

To set up Claude Desktop as the MCP client for Cutter, go to Claude -> Settings -> Developer -> Edit Configuration -> claude_desktop_config.json, and add the following content:
